Glebe Extension

An Italianate Victorian house set in the Toxteth Estate required modernisation and opening up to expand the interiors into the sunlight. The house was built using another contractor. My design deferred to the quality of the existing house by introducing coloured glass and restored leadlight windows. The axis of the corridor was extended via an elevated coffered roof ending with screen shielding it from the Western sun. The project was for a young family.
